Breathe in...

You might be starting out with tendencies towards inactivity, sluggishness, depression, lack of motivation. Perhaps you have difficulty losing weight. Maybe it’s difficult to keep up with routines or work towards goals. Perhaps your anxiety has more of a flavor of fear that freezes you, feeling like things aren’t worth your effort.

 

You need to learn to inhale and take up space in your life. 

 

Breathing in is reaching up, turning out. It is activating, invigorating, enlivening. 

 

Our work together will begin getting comfortable with different tasks that challenge your body, exercises that kick on your drive. We want to teach your nervous system that it’s safe to take up space and take action. Once you feel empowerment through activity, we’ll eventually re-integrate calming exercises and bodywork to discharge in ways that help your body return to a genuine sense of peace.

Sessions vary between 60 - 90 minutes and take place either in-person (for bodywork and some energy work) or online (for movement sessions) depending on our work together for that day. 

​

It is recommended you commit to at least 3 consecutive months of 3x weekly sessions for best results.
