Breathe out...
You may feel your starting point is often highly activated. Perhaps you don’t enjoy sitting still and find it difficult to meditate or connect to your breath. You tend to rush places and hate being late. Maybe you find your mind racing with anxiety about the future. You’re often hungry or totally forget to eat, and have difficulty putting on weight. Maybe you tend to lack flexibility in your body.
You need to learn to fully breathe out.
Breathing out is curling inwards, softening. It is a release. It allows for possibility.
Our work together will begin with somatic exercises, massage and energy work that focuses on calming your nervous system. Our first objective will be to find safety in slowing down. Then we’ll work towards re-integrating higher energy workouts and activities in a more balanced and harmonious way without evading being present.
Sessions vary between 60 - 90 minutes and take place either in-person (for bodywork and some energy work) or online (for some movement sessions).
I highly recommend you commit to at least 3 consecutive months of 3x weekly sessions for best results.
